FAQs - Before You Hit Send
  • How long does the custom cabinetry process take?
Most projects take between 6 to 12 weeks from initial consultation to final install, depending on scope and material choices. We’ll walk you through the full timeline upfront so you know what to expect.
  • Do you offer design help if I’m not sure what I want?
Absolutely. We’ll guide you through style, layout, color, and functionality options to match your space and lifestyle. Whether you have a Pinterest board or no clue where to start—we’ve got you covered.
  • Can you work with my interior designer or contractor?
Yes, and we love collaborating. We regularly partner with designers, builders, and other trades to make sure the cabinetry is a seamless part of your project.
  • Do you make custom cabinets for rooms beyond the kitchen?
Absolutely! We design and build cabinetry for bathrooms, laundry rooms, mudrooms, offices, bars, and more. If it needs storage, we can help.
  • What materials do you use for your cabinets?
We primarily use high-quality hardwoods like maple, cherry, oak, and walnut. We also use A grade plywood for the cabinets core. We never use cheap particle board—only materials built to last.
  • Can you match the style of my existing cabinetry or home?
Yes. Whether it’s a historic farmhouse or a new build, we can match or complement your current finishes and architectural style.
  • How much do custom cabinets cost?
Prices vary depending on size, materials, and design complexity, but we always provide clear, detailed estimates. Custom doesn’t have to mean out of reach—we’ll work with your budget.
  • What’s your service area?
We serve the entire Eastern Panhandle of WV, including Martinsburg, Charles Town, Harpers Ferry, Shepherdstown, and surrounding areas in Berkeley, Jefferson, and Morgan counties. We also service MD, DC, PA, and VA
  • What if I don’t have exact measurements or a plan yet?
No problem. We’ll come to your home, take precise measurements, and develop a layout that makes the most of your space and storage needs.
  • Do your cabinets come with any warranty?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship with a satisfaction guarantee and offer a 1 year warranty on materials and installation.
